The shed itself seems to be made of durable material and looks really nice. The two box pallet (approx 300 lbs) arrived on our driveway and it was neatly plastic wrapped. I am an above average DIY'er and it took two adults 2.5 days to get the entire shed assembled. Day 1 was assembling the metal trusses, doors, and windows. Day 2 was assembling the floor, walls, and roof. Day 3 was reinforcing the trusses, installing the shelves...and ALIGNING THE FREAKING DOORS!!! The instructions are a bit hazy at times and the Lifetime Youtube channel was awesome. The concrete pad we installed the shed on is not PERFECTLY flat, so we're still experimenting with getting the doors to close. All in all, great looking shed (5 Stars), a ***** to put together (-1 Star), and very touchy on the door alignment (-.5 Star)
Sheds Direct is the way to go if you are purchasing these modular sheds, the price delivered was $300 to $500 cheaper than all the big box stores, as for the Lifetime shed it was pretty easy to set up but read the instructions first, this isn't a "I'll figure it out as I go project".
For the price you pay for this shed more prep work could be done before it reaches the customer.Directions really need to be better with better pictures .Would not purchase again.
