Storage Sheds - Warranty
ALL ACCESSORIES CARRY THEIR OWN SHIPPING CHARGES.
Our products are sold and shipped via our various warehouses from around the country. If you would like to get a freight cost to your location, please pick you shed and accessories (if applicable) go to the shopping cart, once there press on Checkout and fill in your address and press continue. You will now receive your freight cost at that point you can enter your credit card information to continue with the buying process. You can also just call our customer service at 800-510-7525 and get your freight cost over the phone.
Shipment Tracking:
Once your ordered has been placed you can e-mail customerservice@shedsdirect.com or call customer service at 800-510-7525 to get a tracking number for your shipment.
Delivery Process:
Your order is shipped within 2 to 4 business days of your order placement. Once shipped, you will get a phone call for a delivery appointment within 7 to 10 days. Your shed will be delivered via motor freight, as it is too big for the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Shipping charges cover delivery to the doorstep or driveway of a residence or business. Charges to do not cover delivery to the second floor or to the backyard. If you would like an inside delivery or a delivery to a residence with stairs please call customer service at 800-510-7525 to arrange for this optional service.
Receiving of Order Process:
While the driver is delivering your freight, please make sure to inspect the freight for any visible damage to the cartons, if you see any torn areas, please look inside to make sure the damage is superficial only and not on your product. If you see some visible damage that seems that quite a few parts are affected you can refuse the shipment and make a note on the bill of lading that it was due to damage. If there is just a couple of parts affected you can accept the shipment, but make sure that you mark the bill of lading “ damaged, will inform after total inspection”. Once you have opened the carton you can call the 800 number on your installation manual and they will UPS you the new parts at no cost to you.
Arbors
Freight Cost:
All Arbors are shipped via UPS. All pricing on Arbors includes shipping cost.

All Trellis and Signs are shipped via UPS. All pricing on Trellis and Signs includes shipping cost.

Trellis and Signs will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Trellis and Signs are sent via UPS or motor freight and require a signature once packages have been delivered. Orders take 7-10 business days for delivery.

Return Policy
Our Returns Policy - Effective August 2003
Outdoor Living represents only the leading manufactures of vinyl sheds, vinyl arbors, vinyl fencing, and canopies. Any questions related to individual products should be addressed to the specific manufacturer of that particular product. All warranty issues or replacement of parts should be directed to the manufacturer.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Outdoor Living and wish to return it for a refund, you may return it within seven (7) days of delivery subject to the following returns policy:
Cancelled Orders Before Shipment Has Occurred
All product orders must be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the order is placed to receive a full refund. Orders that are not cancelled within the twenty-four (24) hour time period are subject to a ten percent (10%) administration fee.
Cancelled Orders After Product Is Shipped
If an order is cancelled after it has already been shipped, and for whatever reason you decide that you no longer wish to purchase the product, you may return it to Outdoor Living subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee. Returned products must be un-opened in their original packaging, including all product manuals, warranty cards, and any vinyl extensions or windows.
Sheds Direct is not responsible for return shipping costs. In the event you decide to return a product purchased from Sheds Direct, all shipping and insurance costs will be borne entirely by the customer. Shipping charges on the original shipment to the customer are non-refundable. Shipping charges are higher when they are shipped from the customer to the warehouse due to Outdoor Living having subsidized the cost of shipping during initial purchase. All returned sheds are to be shipped to Montebello, CA.
Opened or Partially Assembled Products
All opened products are subject to forty percent (40%), repackaging and quality control fee. All partially assembled products are non returnable. If any parts or manuals are missing or damaged they will be replaced and charged to the customer at cost of parts.
